Steve Cael, Vice President, OperationsMr. Cael provides leadership and manages DiSabatino's field operation organization, which includes over 300 employees comprised of Field Management, Craft workers and support personnel. In addition, he is our Account Manager for our General Services contracts with DuPont, Dade Behring, University of Delaware and the Christina School District. DiSabatino's General Services work encompasses 15 site locations, multiple crafts including carpentry, millwrights, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, general mechanics, instrument technicians painters, roofers, concrete finishers, sheet metal, filter changes, lampers, etc. Prior to joining DiSabatino, Steve was the General Foreman for M. Davis & Sons, responsible for their maintenance activities for DuPont facilities. Mr. Cael owned and managed a construction company for 6 years, which contributed significantly to developing his extraordinary business acumen. His varied and broad exposure to all aspects of the construction industry provides the bases for Mr. Cael's capabilities to provide the leadership to our employees and to successfully develop productive relationships with our customers. Mr. Cael has successfully completed training in OSHA/PINS, First break, Confined Space, Lock/Tag/Try, Quality, Productivity, Supervisor and a variety of Safety Programs. Training, and formal Trade Schooling strengthen Steve's familiarity in dealing with technical as well as personnel issues. Steve is an active participant in a joint Steering Team approach to managing common issues related to our DuPont General Services contract. He has developed our Maintenance Safety Committee and continues to be proactive in ensuring that our clients get the best value from our services. |
