DiSabatino Wins Highest ABC Safety Award

Company Achieves Diamond National STEP Award and Jeff DiSabatino Graduates ABC Leadership Institute

DiSabatino Construction proudly accepted a Diamond Level National STEP Award at the annual Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware Safety Training and Evaluation Process Awards Banquet. The STEP program offers companies an organized approach to analyze and further develop a contractor safety program. The process offers companies a way to evaluate safety and loss prevention while providing a vital, objective method to measure safety program improvements. The awards are presented in five categories: bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond.


The graduates of the 2013 ABC Leadership Institute were also honored at the banquet. Jeff DiSabatino, project manager, was recognized as one of the graduates. The program ran seven months and was taught by company presidents and CEOs with a variety of topics including: exploring the inner qualities of a leader, strategy and execution, and growth and training.
