DiSabatino wins TEAM award

ABC announced that DiSabatino Construction Company has been selected as a five star winner of the TEAM awards.
We are proud to announce that DiSabatino Construction Company has been selected as a winner in the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Training and Education and Management Awards program (TEAM Awards).

DiSabatino is being recognized for exhibiting outstanding credentials and meeting the criteria in the fourteen key elements of a training program. The following are some of elements that the awards were based on:

- Management,
- Commitment,
- Employee on-going training analysis,
- Training goals,
- Training standards, and
- The performance audit process.

DiSabatino was one of two companies to receive the highest level of TEAM award, five stars. This is for constant committment to safety and training both on and off the job.

The award was presented on March 5, 2004 at an awards dinner at the BankOne center in Wilmington. Those in attendence were Harold Smoker, Laurence Raniere, Steve Cael, Jim Ward, Michael DiSabatino, Robert Manning, Anita Grandell, Kevin Bowman, Patrick Sidell, Wayne Shannon, and Robert Quinn of the DuPont Company. Robert Manning accepted the award on behalf of DiSabatino.
